Managing floors and tables

myCafe offers a visually appealing floor plan settings that resembles your actual layout. Not only you can take orders in the most efficient and organized way but you can also keep track of each table & their orders, communicate among different departments too. If you have more than one hall you can add multiple layouts.

You can choose the shape of your tables, the number of seats assigned to each table, choose the pattern of the floor, create and add a “take-away” table to add take-away orders.

During operation, you have an access to easily transfer tables or menu items, merge the tables and keep track of the orders that is sent to the kitchen.

myCafe provides a simple and coherent user interface that boosts productivity and minimizes errors. Within the order taking you have the access to customize the menu items according to the customer’s preferences by using modifiers, options and add-ons. myCafe is designed and built to make order taking process as quick and accurate as possible for your and your customer’s convenience.

Bill payment

myCafe provides different payment types. Choose and create payment types that your establishment accepts. The bills can be split according to the customer’s requests either by splitting it equally by the number of customers at the table or by splitting it by each customer’s orders. The process is quick and simple which eliminates the time consuming troublesome process of splitting bills. The system has scanners so you can use membership cards to scan your customer’s information and let them earn points. Prepaid cards are also an option for you to implement, customers can purchase prepaid cards and pay with their cards for future use. myCafe makes the cashier system simple yet versatile.

Make payment

With the function of preview bill you can print the check for customers before collecting your payment and the customer has choice of different forms of payment such as cash, credit card, debit card, vouchers, store credits or FOC (Free of Charge). When it comes to bill payment, the payment can be made on the customer’s preferences with the forms of payment that you offer.

Split bill

In few steps you can split bills per customer’s requests. Besides providing a quick & accurate service to your customers this makes the tedious process turn to a simple function for your employees. The bill can be split equally by amount or it can be easily edited. Convenience & accuracy is what we strive to offer.

Discount

A genuine consumer-provider relationship, customer loyalty is probably one of the most important factors that you would need to take in to account. Giving even small discounts to your customers can ensure a dedicated customer base. So myCafe is offering you a discount function for you to manage your discounts and use your discounts on the finalize bill section. The created discounts can be created with money amounts or percentage of the total bill amount, it can be during a specific dates and so much more. Explore the discount section to use it to its full advantage.

Back Office

Egulen POS Back office is a web-based version of the app. All functions except taking orders are available to access from the back office. From your back office you can manage your menu items; keep track of your reports, stock, customers, employees etc.; import your data from the back office to your computer and vice versa; control your cash flow by using the cash in/out function and so much more
